Hotel Guest Reviews of the Extended Stay Deluxe Houston Sugar Land
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 29, 2012

You get what you pay for, it would have been nice, if they had cleaned the room or changed the sheets since the last person that used the room.

This hotel is very convenient location-wise (right off 59). However, it is not a comfortable place to stay. People live in this hotel and the noise up and down the halls is ridiculous. Also, the mattresses are miserable and my coffee pot was broken (I NEED my coffee). Plus, my recliner was broken and I was barely able to get out of it. I shudder to think what would have happened if I were an elderly traveler trying to get out of the thing because the phone was across the room. On the plus-side, I was thrilled to have a kitchenette. I travel a lot and many places do not even offer microwave/fridge. Also, my room was clean - definitely a plus. This hotel would probably be a good option for person who needs a clean, economical place to crash and is a heavy sleeper who can sleep anywhere. This mythical person would also need to be young and agile (to get out of the recliner) and not be a caffeine addict. Unfortunately, I am not this person. ...

This hotel is, well really a motel. It is not convenient to anything at all. It has a horrible breakfast. It had no locks on the door. The dryer did not work after putting in 8 quarters. I was woken up by housekeeping a 8:30 asking if I was going to stay. I hated it.

The hotel accommodations were to be expected for the price, and the staff was friendly. However, when I went to shower, the tub was dirty. The non-skid spots looked like off-color dots. I could see soap build-up on the soap rests. When I returned home, I had to air out my computer case & luggage, as the all smelled like old smoke & my room was supposed to be non-smoking. ...

They reduce their breakfast to minimum. Ants all over.
