Hotel Guest Reviews of the Extended Stay America - Melbourne - Airport
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. This hotel is on the main drag outside Melbourne. It's a little inconvenient to exit because there aren't any traffic lights, but otherwise the location is fine for the price. The rooms are quite good, but you should bring your own bagels and cream cheese. The last time we were there, they were part of the breakfast bar--but not this time; only oatmeal, fruit and granola bars. In any event, the kitchenette is well-equipped so you can prepare your own meals as you feel led to do so. ...

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The sofa & chair were not in bad condition or dammaged but seemed a bit worn. I would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly stay if you aren't expecting super luxury.

For what it was and the price this place was okay. For someone that needs a long stay at an inexpensive rate this place is fine. Like a studio apartment...has a full kitchen!

We were very disappointed in this hotel. Only food available on the property was a snack vending machine and a soda machine. There was no staff present at night - my wife went to ask a question at the front desk very early in the morning, and was stunned to see the front desk shut down with glass windows and steel bars. She also said that there was a sign that said place keys here. The hotel pool was small and had not been cleaned recently.
