Extended Stay America - Miami - Airport - Doral - 25Th Street

The hotel has the potential of being an excellent property, as evidenced by another Extended Stay only 10 blocks away on 87 ave which I accidentally arrived at first. The 87th ave location was clean and the staff was professional and extremely friendly. They directed me to the right hotel where my reservation was. The front desk girl at this extended stay location was rude and unprofessional. I arrived a little early and asked if there were any rooms available, she immediately told me "no" without even looking on the computer. I then went to eat lunch and called back 2 hours later with the same question, again she said no immediately without even checking. I arrived at the hotel despite her "no's" some ten minutes later to which I asked her for a room again, noticing I was very much displeased with her attitude and lack of interest in the customer, and she finally gave me one (only ten minutes before actual check in time). Upon arriving in my room, it had a smoky and humid odor that never went away. The sofa had two large white stains on it and the bed had little black hairs all over it. It was a great price. The room was big with an extra couch that was a bed too. It came with a small kitchen and full size fridge. It was close to the malls and walmart and other restarurants ( walking distance). Free shuttle to the airport. I love the place. Breakfast could be bigger but it is actually good. :) I will defenitely go back there.

I didn't like that the trush was right where we have to toast the breads.

Great hotel for the price. Friendly staff, large rooms, good location.

Van only every hour and ends at 10pm. Options for breakfast were only cereal or muffin, and energy bars. Would not consider as a Continental breakfast.Wi-fi was fast and staff is really the jewel at this hotel.
