Extended Stay America Oakland - Alameda Airport

I enjoyed my stay and had an awesome time. My only complaint is that the hotel was very far away from any type of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. In fact it wasn't even remotely close to anything. Other than that the stay was fabulous

We spent two nights at this hotel and our room was never cleaned. We even left throughout the day to give housekeeping ample time to clean our room. One evening we returned to our room after 6p and the housekeeping maid was barely showing up. We were exhausted, so asked her not to bother cleaning the room because we wanted to rest.

The room was like a studio apt. Flat screen tv, lots of channels with perfect reception, wifi worked well, very comfortable...could live there for months. Only down side is the hotel is a couple of miles drive to get to any restaurant or shopping. 15 minute drive to get on the freeway. Noise from airport is negligible. Great value.

Hotel was in a wonderful, low key location. Not much in the immediate area but would be great for travellers who wish to be near the airport. Room is spacious and clean, with dishes and microwave/ sink kitchen amenities that make it comfortable. If it werent for the staff, this location would get 5 stars from me for sure.

The room was heavily smoked in. We requested a non smoking room after checking in and the hotel was unwilling to make any change. The room was not clean. We would not stay in this facility again.

I didn't use the facilities, but the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I will definitely book my next hotel through Priceline.

How would I know! We could not find the place & the ESA Rep could not give us directions to the place! Very frustrating at 1:00am in the morning after a 5 hour flight!

Quick in and out for travelers...quiet enough
