The front desk guy was great! The location and security was great. The room was good except the air conditioning unit made it either very cold or too hot. I guess because it was right next to the bed.
The only bad thing was a smell in the room. When I called down to complain, the guy told me it was the only non-smoking room. That Priceline only guarantees a room at that rate, not a smoking/non-smoking room. I don't like the smoke smell so I stayed.
Great location, great staff but there was a smell in my room. The only other rooms were smoking rooms. The room LOOKED clean but the smell stayed around. No roaches or bugs that I could tell...were probably chased away by the smell. LOL The other rooms were probably ok.

The price was excellent.
I really disliked not being able to choose smoking or non smoking. Plus room purchased was only for one queen bed.

Staff were ok, poor things. They do the best they can with the dump of a hotel they need to work at. Hotel reaks of smoke. We had to leave, couldnt stay the night. Priceline, why do you give yourselves a bad name by working with hotels like this one?
