Hotel Guest Reviews of the Extended Stay America San Rafael - Francisco Blvd. East

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The pool, lobby and common areas were nice.
We were put in a smoking room and neither of us smoked. They could not move us to another room. I would have left right away but we had an event to attend. Very bad practice to use smoking rooms and I blame priceline as well.

Great for smokers. Don't book this room with priceline as they will put you in smoking room and you get basically the same rate booking right with property and then you can get a room on anything other than the 4th floor. This was a big, big disappointment and mistake and makes me never want to use priceline again.

Clean rooms, new looking hotel, and very quiet inside the rooms
The bed was rock hard, and did not sleep great, however the pillows were good.

Good location, easy access to freeway and into center of town. Did not see many restruants in the area.

helpful staff and it was very clean. It was also quiet.
The area was not the best. Getting to it was dark and I stopped for directions at a store which was close. No one spoke English and the people were a little intimidating.

This was a very nice place to stay - quiet and clean. I would recommend arriving before dark so that you can see the area, and more easily find the motel. And the price was right because I found it on priceline.com.

easy access to highway.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Although the pool was closed, I did use the exercise room, which was very clean. The breakfast was not great. I wish they would have had more selections to chose from. Will definitely stay here again.

The place is in the ghetto, the room was of the Motel6 variety, and the pool/jacuzzi was closed.
Not enough time to explain.

Don't stay here.

nice size room with small kitchen
The breakfast that was included only had coofe, tea and packaged muffins and oatmeal

Nice place to stay for overnight. It did have a small kitchen. Besides the beds they was a recliner, desk and chairs. It seemed noisy at first because it was near a highway, but better at night. We faced the highway. The other side would be better. Small continental breakfast in the morning

The hotel rooms were spacious, and clean. Friendly staff.
The heater in our room made a loud rattle when it was on. The bed was squeaky, very noisy when either one of us rolled over or sat on the bed.Breakfast was not very inviting. Only packaged muffins and oatmeal was offered. No tea or juice, only c

The hotel was a nice place. Except for the load broken heater and noisy bed, it was a nice place. The breakfast needs improvement.

Nice kitchen area and comfortable accomodations. We liked the Easy Chair.
You smelled the treatment plant at the front of the building, but it was not a problem inside the hotel.

I appreciated the ammenities and would stay there again, but the hotel breakfast was not anything we decided to partake in. We could have done way better using the kitchen facilities except then we would have had to do dishes, which we chose not to do. There were good restaurants nearby-especially the chinese/japanese restauarant for dinner.
