Hotel Guest Reviews of the Fairfield Inn And Suites By Marriott Augusta
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.November 13, 2012

A decent place for a one night stop. Hotel was very clean with modern decor. A small swimming pool kept the children occupied although the hot tub was closed for repair when we were there. Room was surprisingly small for a new, modern suburban hotel. Breakfast was average but not as good as some of the other chains that compete in this sector of the hotel market.

My only other complaint was the towels were very crappy and reminded me of staying at Motel6. ...

Only one premium channel and it did not work. They expressed surprise the channel was not working, but they must have known this all along. There were times when there was no one on the front desk in the lobby. ...
