Great deal! For a 2 star hotel stay, it exceeded our expectations. Cleanliness, good breakfast, friendly accommodating staff. Certainly will consider staying here again.

The hotel is very new and had any amenity we required. The room was very clean and had a view of a street and a few restaurants in Boone. (It snowed during our stay, and there was a high wind warning.) The hotel held up perfectly, and the view was just beautiful. ASU is nearby plus the ski slopes in Watauga and Avery Co. are not that far away. Boone has a variety of restaurants plus the uptown and mall shopping are available. (For warmer seasons, Grandfather Mt. is close to either just visit or for a hike.) ...

overall is good,I think they can do better.........after all,we are talking about Marriott. Perhaps,add a little more plants or flowers of some sort will be nice,will make the place more alive.
