Didn't spend too much time exploring the area. We ran out for dinner, there were several choices that were very close. We enjoyed the hotel and the location, will stay there again if we are in town.

Family Traveling with Teens
This hotel is located in the heart of Dover, Delaware. Plenty of restaurants, stores, and close proximity to Dover Downs. The hotel also provides shuttle service to and from casino until 1:45 am

Hotel is in a very good location. Although by the highway, noise was minimal (our room was fronting the highway). Room was big and clean, with a fridge and microwave (which hotels have these stuff now?). Staff were very helpful. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and we will book again at the Fairfield Inn and Suites the next time we are in Dover.

This hotel could have very well been a 3 star had the towels been a little better grade. Otherwise, a sweet deal and a sweet place to stay after a long day of traveling.

Over all this is a wonderful place to stay and a great value for the price. We have stayed here many times and have always been very happy. It is closed to many things to do and easy to get to from US 1.
