The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful.
The swimming pool water could be warmer. I I wanted to swim with my kids but only staying d in the hot tub bc the water was freezing. I for an indoor pool it could be at a better temperature.

I would suggest people checking the beds over completely. I I never stay anywhere without checking good. I this particular instance we found a dead salamander under the mattress between the box and mattress. When I told front drlesk and showed a picture they immediately took care of it and switched our rooms, they were spot on with service and I would stay there again. I just want to let others know that no matter where u stay check the room over completely before getting settled in. ...read more

Very clean, staff was very helpful and pleasant. Good comp breakfast selection, healthy choices!
Could use more help re-stocking breakfast items on weekend. Employee was doing her best.

Overall, a great value, ask for a quiet room and one was provided away from street side.

Breakfast was good and there was a nice selection.
The noise level was high and there were smokers near non-smoking rooms.

We stayed at this hotel on a holiday weekend. There was significant noise not regulated in the parking lot or on the hall floors. Smokers were allowed too close to non smoking rooms. However, the room was comfortable, clean and the breakfast was good.

It was clean and convenient.
We could hear the people above us walking around at bedtime. I hate that!Also, it was hot in the room.
AC didn't cool very good at all!

The hotel was clean, and the staff was nice. The only complaints I have is that it never cooled off in the room, and we could hear people walking around above us while we were trying to sleep.

The cordial staff
- especially a shuttle to the shopping area.
Can't think of anything.

We had some difficulty in locating, but afterward it was easy and convenient to the Galleria. The staff and breakfast were great.
