Solo Traveler
Great location across from Starbucks. Lovely hotel, super nice staff. Everything was out of order! Hot tub, broken, vending machines, broken, fitness equipment, broken. That tells me it is bad management but it doesn't detract from the overall quality of the hotel.

Front desk staff needs to do a better job when checking in the guest and not scare a traveler that their CC has been declined as they are embarking on a long trip.

This hotel Was very nice and had plenty of parking. probably not important but if your traveling with a trailer or something it's good to know. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. We didn't get to check out the pool or fitness center while we were there but both appeared very nice. The only issue i had was that none of our wireless devices would connect to the wifi inside the room but if i walked out the door of the room it would connect fine. ...

Nice location, but other hotels around them look nicer, and I can understand why the room was a deal. No refrigerator in my room again tells me none of the rooms have one. I find myself taking a cooler to keep my food and drinks cold, and this is unreal with the cost of this place. Breakfast is a laugh; again compared to other hotels, they don't know what free breakfast is. The room was very small, and I was put at the very end of a hallway when I am sure there were lots of empty rooms on a Wednesday night.
