Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Beds were uncomfortable. Noisy, sounds came throgh walls and ceiling very easily.
Gentelman at desk was very helpful and went beyond to assist us with directions and information. Pool very clean and open till 10 pm. continental breakfast had much to choose from, dining area clean. Beds very uncomfotable, space small, was woken up both mornings by other guests as the walls and ceiling were thin and you could hear everything.

friendly staff, grill by the pool, microwave and fridge in rooms
air conditioner blew cold air into curtins when closed, room got warmer
staff was great! They went out of their way to be nice and accommodating to my children, which made their experience more fun. Loved the grill and saved a lot of money by using it.

Beds were comfortable, no water interruption in shower; nice water pressure, peaceful at night.
Not enough space in the breakfast area, very cramped. No fan in the room's bathroom.
Enjoyed ourselves. Slept well. Quiet nights. Very nice breakfast selection. Had a concern about the elevator, made a suggestion to a staff member but it did not get taken care of by the end of our stay.
