Hotel did not ordinarily accept pets, but allowed ours with no issue.
Really was nothing to complain about...very nice experience
The hotel staff were very accomodating, friendly, and helpful. We did have a problem with room keys not working and they took care of the issue very quickly! As I already mentioned the hotel does not ordinarily accept pets, but they accepted our small/medium dogs with no issue and even moved us from the 34rd floor to first floor so we could more easily get the dogs out. I loved that! ...
