Hotel Guest Reviews of the Fairfield Inn Cheyenne

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

the rooms were very nice and clean. the staff was helpful and friendly. the breakfast was also great especially the waffles and biscuits and gravy.
there were some ongoing renovations but that wasnt a big deal since our room was still very clean. we were pulling a trailer and there is no pull through parking so we just used 5 or 6 spaces. on a busier night that would have been a big problem.

very nice clean rooms. helpful staff. waffles and buscuits and gravy for breakfast. no pullthrough parking.

THEY KICKED MY 20 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER OUT ON THE STREET THE FIRST DAY SHE ARRIVED. ACCUSING HER OF SMOKING MARIJUANA. SHE WAS WRONG FOR BURNING INCENSE BUT THEY LEFT HER WITH NO PLACE TO GO.
THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF TRIED TO COVER THEMSELVES BY LYING. NO ONE RETURNED OUR PHONE CALLS. WE WERE TERRIFIED WITH OUR DAUGHTER BEING IN A STRANGE TOWN, NO WHERE TO GO, NO TRANSPORTATION.

DON'T STAY HERE

I like the fresh baked cookies they put out in the lobby, and the staff was really friendly.
The towels were sorta scratchy/itchy.

They served a pretty nice breakfast, hard boiled eggs, assorted pastries, cereal, yogart, make your own waffles, bisquits and gravy, and a little refridgerator containing microwavable breakfast burritos and cornbread covered sausages on sticks. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, I think it was a good value for the price.

Cleaning of the pool took longer to do for its size and was in the middle of the afternoon. Continental breakfast open a half hour longer.

Beds were comfortable. No hair dryer. Small fridge included in the room.
