Staff was very nice.
No I really don't have any complaints. Felt like I got what was expected.

Usual Fairfield Inn - got exactly what I expected from this chain.

Room was clean and comfortable, got a call from front desk asking if everything was OK, unsolicited. Breakfast, not fancy, but good selection including hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit. All the other stuff too waffles, cereal.

Easy check in and check out.
The furnishings were not as new as hotels, I have visited of this brand.

It was alright for the price. I would stay again.

It was conveniently located near where we needed to be.
Strong chlorine smell in pool area that it made our eyes burn.

Overall the hotel was a very nice hotel. It was conveniently situated near to the funeral home that we were attending. It was easy to locate and the staff was friendly and courteous.

The pool area stayed open till midnight for adults and I was able to stay a little later than that without being asked to leave.
Kind of noisy in the middle of the night. Could hear noise from room next door and upstairs.

The hot tub, swimming pool and breakfast and staff.

When I checked in I was greeted by a friendly desk clerk. The hotel is located in the part of Galesburg with alot of restaurants close by. Staff was very good. The hotel has a swimming pool and hot tub. Although I don't know how to swim my fiance and nephews enjoyed it and the hot tub was relaxing. The room was very clean as the housekeepers do a good job. I've stayed here a couple of times and it's a great hotel. Good location, clean hotel, good staff; everything is good, even the price.

While not as up to date in decor as some Fairfield Inns - my room was clean, reasonably quiet, and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant - and the breakfast offerings were very good. Decent location.
