Hotel Guest Reviews of the Fairfield Inn Hudson
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(1) | Solo Traveler(9) | Traveling as Couple(21) | Family with Young Children(7) | Family with Teens(6) | Senior Traveler(2) | Group Traveler(4)

The hotel was very convenient to the highway, just a few blocks from the exit. The breakfast was also pretty good: breakfast sandwiches, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, milk, juice, and fruit.
The hot tub seemed to be permanently closed. The hot tub had a covered board and potted plants on top of it.

Great options for pillows! Nice selection!
Nice bedding...very comfy! Nice pillows. I loved having pillow options. Great breakfast! Nice to have fruit offered all day. Also, was great to have tea offered at arrival. Overall a great place to stay! Will stay at Fairfields when ever possible! Thanks so much!

The room was extremely clean - whoever cleaned that room needs to be complimentied. Staff were very friendly although their hair could have been a bit more tidy. Good breakfast, nice to have tea available in the afternoon. Nice smell in the hotel.
We were disappointed to see the hot tub not in operation. The staff said that it was being closed in place of a better breakfast - your breakfast was excellent. We are on our way home to Canada from Texas and your breakfast was one of the better ones.

The hotel had the best staff possible, location wonderful...a very good experience .
Whirlpool under repair and I read and now understand where people had trouble with the TV remotes. The sensors are a lower quality but once understood we operated with no issue. Believe they should educate the guests to avoid the frustration.
Cleanliness, friendly staff and location make it a plus for everyone

Very quiet and clean :)
The hot tub was indefinitely broken (or at least that is what the sign said)
Friendly staff, quiet clean environment. Will stay again! :)

The price....although it has too high of a star rating. Wasn't as nice as the other Fairfield hotels I have stayed at.
We did not have hot water for showering. I called the front desk and they said the hotel was full and that everyone must be showering at the same time. I find this to be unacceptable. A hotel should have a water heater large enough to supply hot water

The continental breakfast was pretty limited. Coffee was good. Room was clean and functional. The pool was very nice and warm.
The remote control for the TV did not work very well. The pool, and especially the whirlpool were very dirty. It had snowed recently and sand was dumped outside on the sidewalk. This sand got tracked into the pool area. There were LARGE amounts of san
This hotel was serviceable and low enough in cost. They cut too many corners to keep their expenses down though. The pool was warm, but it looked like someone dumped a bucket of sand into the bottom of the whirlpool.

Staff was very helpful. Suggestions were made for restaurants other than the "chain" restaurants surrounding hotel.
