Hotel Guest Reviews of the Fairfield Inn Joliet South
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 3, 2013

This is my 22nd time staying at this hotel... as I've stated several times before, this hotel is easily a 3 star hotel. With all the amenities and spotless rooms, including the gathering hall and breakfast areas. When I first booked my room at this hotel it was a 2 star hotel... it is now rated a 2 1/2 star hotel and without a doubt will become a 3 star hotel in no time at all. Thank you again for your superb work. ...

I came to this city on a very sad trip, some one in my family die who was very dear to me, and even though I was feeling really low, the staff at this hotel gave me a reason to smile. when people can make you feel great in the middle of your worse situation, then you know that you have the right staff on your team. I thank each and every one of them for helping make my stay great. ...

What impresses me the most is their consistency... I've been to this hotel at least 15 times in 2012 and now about 4 times in 2013. and they continue to serve out a solid 10. Very Impressive. The sheets are clean, the towels in the pool are are abundant, they have a person standing by at breakfast just in case you may need anything. This hotel and it's staff are a 10.

We enjoyed our stayed. The hotel was clean for the most part. We were not there most of the time because we were there for a shopping trip. When we came home on Sunday, both of us were sick as can be. I still am. The only thing my friend n I shared was the room, different beds and the hotel hot tub by the pool. Neither one of us were sick before this trip so we are assuming the hotel is what made us sick. Otherwise the hotel ok. Katy, who was there both nights of our stay, was very sweet and friendly. ...

from the people that clean the rooms to the people behind the counter,
a true class act all the way around.
The parking is excellent, plenty of places close to the building because they have 360 degree parking. The staff went above and beyond even when not asked to. The entire building was clean from the front door to the corner of the swimming pool. The breakfast hours were extended with a smile from every staff member. The breakfast was vast, healthy, clean, abundant and very inviting.

Located right off the highway, this hotel has an incredibly convenient location. The staff was incredibly friendly and had no problems letting us check-in early. They even offered to carry our bags upstairs because the elevator was temporarily out of order when we got there. The room itself was very clean with comfortable beds. The fridge and microwave were a bit dated, but they worked fine and it was nice to have a place to store extra food. The free breakfast was also quite nice with a wide assortment of food to choose from. I would definitely stay there again. ...
