Hotel Guest Reviews of the Fairfield Inn Kansas City Airport
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(9) | Solo Traveler(8) | Traveling as Couple(22) | Family with Young Children(11) | Family with Teens(4) | Senior Traveler(1) | Group Traveler(5)

Very close to the airport, which was my main goal. Nice, clean and affordable. Quiet and convenient.
Wish they had their own restaurant, but that is really my only gripe. Nice clean pool area and room was nice.

We had an early flight and the breakfast was available earlier than the posted time.
The room was small but fully functional. Location was excellent to catch an early flight. Breakfast was very nice.

Our brief stay was very good overall. We did get a one bed room instead of the two bed we had requested but the staff quickly made the necessary change. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
We liked everything.
Highly and confidently recommend it to others.

We stayed in a clean and modern king suite. The amenities met our needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
There is nothing that disappointed us.
The breakfast was well stocked and provided a good variety. Loved the cookies at the front desk. We will definitely stay there again!

The hotel staff was incompetent, rude, and unhelpful. Had problems with the heating unit and no one to fix it. There was no manager on site and no one could contact one. I'm very disappointed
Horrible staff
