Hotel Guest Reviews of the Fairfield Inn Lexington Mount Sterling

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Room was nasty and not worth the price I have stayed at Super 8s that were much nicer.
Most everything. The stay was definitely not worth the price.

You are better off staying somewhere else. Definitely needs to be nicer for the price.

Although we had stayed there before, the staff seemed completely confused about the booking through priceline.com....they had swiped my daughters cardso may times to secure room that when she went to check out her card was declined. I knew they were arriving late night and personally went by and checked them in with my card and discussed with the person on duty at the deskand was assured there woud be no problem, and yet when they arrived they did nothave rooms. The clerks were nice. Good friendly Eastern Kentucky folks. Housekeeping made sure I had a couple of extra caffeine coffees. I was very appreciative of that.

This was a typical 2 star hotel. The people were friendly and helpful. It was a good hotel for a stop over and a short stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The business computer area was right inside the front entrance with no barrier for the area.

Smaller Fairfield Inn.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean, Staff were very friendly even though they were having to deal with an absolutely full house due to recent local tornado damage. Would definitely stay there again.

It was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was fine and comfortable. Not luxurious, but not sparse either.

The bed was very comfortable.
The pool was closed. The sink drain was broken. The room was ice-cold when we checked in.

It is overpriced for the location.

It was close to the Interstate, the place was clean and it had a pool and hot tub.
It was a little far from any places of significance. Stay here just for the night when passing through.
