Hotel Guest Reviews of the Fairfield Inn Madison Heights
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 9, 2013

Excellent location, but small room and small bathroom. Absolutely not worthy of a 2.5 star rating....closer to one star, in our opinion.

This clean, well located hotel was a good value and I would encourage others to make use of it. Of course, the Michigan turn is right there too. Our room was clean and well attended to by housekeeping. The location was safe and the staff with that one exception was very helpful.

The price for the room was a bargain. The room had a flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine in addition other necessities. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Hotel location is 2 min off I 75 which is great. The fact that you have to walk outside to go from office to room made it seem more like a motel. It made us feel a bit less secure than we would be in a regular hotel where access had to go through the lobby. ...
