Staff was very accomodating of our special requests (e.g. salsa for eggs, plastic bags for ice.)
Temporary issue, but much of parking area taken up by construction equipment.

Nice, clean hotel. Being remodeled right now, so will be very nice very soon.

We got upgraded for free to an executive king. The hotel was wonderful. The continental breakfast was one of the better that I have experienced.
The hot tub was under construction...that was the only complaint of the whole stay, and that wasn't even a big deal.

I definitely would recommend this hotel. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels and I would say this hotel deserves a 3 or 3-1/2 star rating. Very nice customer service up front. Wonderful breakfast. Had hot coffee at all times of the day. Great location in reference to mansfield. Room was very clean. No complaints here!

Room itself looked good. Employees were friendly.
I was very disappointed in the appearance of the lobby area. They were going through a construction remodel and the area was a complete mess and smelled like it. I am mostly frustrated with Priceline for not having a way of notifying me of this.

They allowed me to check-in early.

The hotel is clean and up-to-date, near US-30 and on a strip with plenty of options for food and shopping. Breakfast is well maintained, and a nice touch for value. There is no cutting corners to deliver value for the visit. I was put in a room by the elevators, but I hardly even noticed.

The room was very clean and organized. The hotel staff was very hospitable. The best part was the fantastic breakfast selection. It was the best breakfast I have ever encountered at a hotel. My girlfriend and I had a good time.

Priceline gave me an excellent deal.
Pool and spa water does not need to be chemically sanitized: there's a better way less harmful to the skin. We perfected a system with our pool...

Overall, in terms of US hotels this was an Very Good to Somewhat Excellent Hotel. Clean, comfortable and plenty of pillows. Happy there was a pool (a real plus) but it was too small to easily swim laps in. Their breakfast was better than most US "free breakfasts" (but realize these fall short of good EU free breakfasts...) All staff were upbeat, courteous and helpful. No real complaints. Loved the indoor pool with jacuzzi!
Not enough WiFi bandwidth to allow me to watch mlb TV, so I missed my favorite baseball team.

Fairfield Inns are 95% perfect.
