The location if fine - close to mall, etc
The room and public is small and cramped. Hot tub is broke and not going to be fixed according to the desk.
Over priced compared to other hotels.

The hotel was in a good part of town with lots of great stores, restaurants, etc., in the vicinity. The staff was very helpful and gave us a room with easy access.
The room could have been a little cleaner.

How quiet the room was but the heater was a little loud. But that's to be expected from wall furnaces.
Price was a little high for the quality of rooms.
Great location if you are there to shop and good food.

Great room, great staff, clean, great amenities, great price for a busy weekend.
The ONLY complaint I had is that the window unit didn't seem to keep the right temperature. I had it on 66 degrees and I was still getting way to hot.
Overall, this is a great place to stay. The room was very nice and clean and in good repair, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was awesome and the pool was great. I wish the spa would have been operational, but was out of service. Other than that, this a phenomenal property and worth the money!

Kudos for having indoor pool and hot tub, but tiny towels were laughable.
