The staff was helpful and the room was great.
I did not like that they did not provide a free shuttle to the airport even though it was listed as such on price line's selection page.

Great hotel and staff but not the closest hotel to the airport. Also do not provide shuttle to the airport and the cab ride is expensive.

The hotel seemed to be pretty up-to-date. Very clean and the place seemed new. Definitely nicer than I'd expect for the 2.5 star rating.

The location was very convenient for my needs. The price was great. The hotel itself seemed either new or recently renovated. The staff was pleasant and accomodating. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay and what I paid.

Nope everything went better than planned

That its child friendly , indoor pool that provides its own towels separate from the room towels , sound proof rooms and amenities and being able purchase food drink and snacks near the front desk and the over indulging delicious continental breakfast and friendly service

Hotel was very very clean. Staff was excellent and were prompt to our needs. Price was unbeatable for such quality. Extremely close to where we needed to be. Only place i will be staying when in dallas area

Hotel location was great
There should have bee warning that the hotel was in the proces of a major remodle. We had to walk through construction to get to the elevator.

Guest room was great! Location was excellent.
I wish I'd know it was in the middle of a remodel. Lobby was closed. Had to use side entrance. Breakfast was lame including dining area.

Will be awesome again once remodel is complete. Until then ... not so much.

Everything was clean, the staff was helpful.
The room was comfortable, but the air conditioner wasn't that great. The air vent in the bathroom didn't work so with 4 people having to take a shower, it got terribly hot in there! The hot tub needed to be cleaned!

entrance was not very visible. we had to circle around a few times.

This hotel has a very nice location.we enjoyed our stay.Helpful staff, breakfast was good.internet was a bit slow but was available.

Easy access to route 114. Restaurants Nearby.
Maid service was not up to par. Only left us 1 washcloth for the 2nd day and no new soap after taking away one of our bars.

I would rate the hotel 3 stars. It's clean, front desk staff is very friendly. The hotel breakfast is adequate. It's close to MacArthur Blvd. in Irving which has tons of stores and restaurants.
