Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was always spotless and the sheets, even when not changed daily, were always pulled tight and smoothed out.
A single instance of unusually loud plumbing (?) running on one evening; I could not pinpoint the sound or reason for it so it was not reported.
It is no resort or top-line hotel. But considering the multiplicity of options available in this star-range, Fairfield I&S did a phenomenal job at distinguishing themselves and justifying the slightly higher cost per night. The staff was as friendly as could be and make efforts to familiarize themselves with customers who will be with them for any length of time; being addressed by name adds that extra kick for each day. I enjoyed my stay so much that I've chosen to keep returning to this location for as long as my business keeps me in the area, even if this particular location is slightly out of my way. ...
