The hotel was great, my room was right off of the elevators which made it somewhat hard to sleep, hearing the constant opening and closing of the elevator doors.

It was comfortable, clean, and everyone was friendly.
I couldn't complain about anything
I cant wait until my next trip to Chicago I will definitely be staying in this hotel.

Very convenient for downtown.
The hotel staff was extremely friendly including the parking valet. Clean rooms, adequate size.
