Group Traveler
I think you would be hard pressed to find a hotel with the amazing customer service, clean rooms, great location, and nice breakfast for such a bargain. I booked the trip with only the reviews from online. We were going for an overnight birthday trip and I choose the Fairfield based on the reviews of the cleanliness and location. However, the staff there went so far above and beyond that I would stay there again over a more fancy hotel, simply for the service. Though ALL of the staff was wonderful, Kenny and Monica were SUPREME! They made us feel like VIPs, rather then first time guests they had never met. I am so thankful for such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend staying there, if you are looking for a great value and great service. Thanks again Fairfield for helping make my birthday special! :) ...

Very close to shopping and excellent restaraunts if the weather was better, a nice walk on the lakeshore is suggested.

Family Traveling with Teens
Only one block from Michigan Avenue. The staff was very friendly and helpful in suggesting restaurants to eat at. The price was reasonable as well. The free breakfast was wonderful and well stocked. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24 hours a day. Would stay here again next time in Chicago!

I have already recommended this hotel to all my friends. Perfect location right off Michigan Ave., friendly & helpful staff, clean rooms and wonderful breakfast bar. This is a great hotel for everyone!

Spacious comfortable rooms, complimentary breakfast, friendly staff even helped us with a wine opener to celebrate our honeymoon! We will definitely stay there again the next time we stay in Chicago!!

All the reviews I read before our stay were true. The hotel staff were very helpful with directions, information on transportation, dining, and attractions. They held our luggage between check out and our Amtrack departure time, so we could visit Navy Pier. The rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast included a variety of items, clean and attractive dining area. We would definitly stay again. ...
