Great location from the magnificent mile and Navy Pier.
The rooms were a little dated but very clean!
Only one block from Michigan Avenue. The staff was very friendly and helpful in suggesting restaurants to eat at. The price was reasonable as well. The free breakfast was wonderful and well stocked. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24 hours a day. Would stay here again next time in Chicago!

EVERYTHING! The location was excellent!!! The staff was very friendly and offered an upgrade without us even asking. The hotel is very clean and quiet even with us being located right in front of the elevator. Breakfast was included in the price and i
The only thing I would have like was a vent in the bathroom.
I have already recommended this hotel to all my friends. Perfect location right off Michigan Ave., friendly & helpful staff, clean rooms and wonderful breakfast bar. This is a great hotel for everyone!

The people that work there is was nice on most part.
The room was very small. Hate the bathroom. room was very,very cold. Could not sleep.
I will never use this hotel again. Not happy, at all. did not sleep well.
