Our stay was excellent! The staff was attentive and treated us like we were part of the family. One day, my husband and I needed space to grade final exams for our students. One of the maintenance staff found an empty meeting room for us to use.
No, everything was perfect! Kudos to Steve at the front desk who drove over to the puppy store to get the phone number. Very sweet!

Close in to everything amenities were nice
The internet was hit and miss. Sometimes it worked but most of the time it didn't

The hotel itself is nice with a good helpful staff. The only thing I had an issue with was the internet which next to having a good bed, hot shower that drains is the internet. Any business person wants TRUE hi speed wifi not just an advertisement gimmick.

Very comfortable, friendly, accommodating.
My room was next to the kitchen, I could hear the staff banging in the sink in the early morning.

If I could sleep through noise, and if I didn't have to wake up early the days I was there, I would have changed rooms. Other than that, everything was great, especially late check out.

Much further from Savannah than I had originally thought

Well, we wound up here by mistake, but I'm so glad we did! We had intended to stay in or near Savannah on a trip from Florida to Virginia, and we miscalculated how far this hotel is from Savannah. The hotel is CLEAN - squeaky clean, in fact. The staff is friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. I'm really glad we made a mistake.

Pre-packaged eggs in the breakfast buffet were not fresh.

This hotel is clean and very adequate. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great, staff is super friendly.
Some stains on the walls, but not too noticeable. Also, not enough soap, wash rags, would like bigger trash.
