Everything was a good experience. I had a suite room and I like the layout. Furniture was very Art Deco. Very nice change from the boring dull rooms I usually stay in. Breakfast choices were great as well. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The one thing I wish they would change is the price of their snacks from their "pantry", a bit high priced. Other than that, highly recommend. ...

Family Traveling with Teens
Nice location, not to far from malls, Walmart,etc. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Our tv remote did not work when we arrived. We had a replacement in 10 minutes. The continental breakfast had a variety and is a moneysaver when you are traveling with 2 teenagers. We didn't get a chance to use the indoor pool, but it looked very clean, if a little small. Overall, We will be booking here again, if we can get a good price through priceline. ...

Breakfast was provided in the morning, which was a great day to start off the day. I used the hotel's gym and liked that there were weights. The staff was very accommodating to my needs, it was very consistent customer service from the night shift to the morning shift. I'm glad I stayed at this hotel.

I very much enjoyed my stay & if I ever return to Jonesboro, AR I would book this hotel for sure. The experience was totally pleasant. I do not have any negative comments for this hotel.
