The hotel was cute, but average. Certainly nice enough, but I'm accustomed to slightly fancier accommodations. Over a good deal though. A fine place to rest your heads.
The pool is a complete bore. Tiny circle fenced in, in the middle of a parking lot. Do not plan for fun with the kids in this thing!

Convenient location, free wi-fi, and complimentary breakfast.
Could hear noises in the hall at night and in the morning. Was provided with a room with double beds instead of a room with a king bed. When I asked if it would be possible to change it, I was told yes but there would be an additional charge.

Close to I-4 and Downtown Disney. Within walking distance to an Indian restaurant. Good value for a 3-star hotel.

I love everything about this hotel esp the room and the food. Perfect!!!

I was definitely satisfied with this hotel. I wasn't expecting that it would be this neat and clean. It was in a safe and quiet neighborhood and very convenient to the stores and restaurants and very close to downtown disney about 1.5 mile. Perfect for our purpose. The breakfast was superb. It was beyond my expectations. Hot and cold foods were served in a variety of servings-Unlimited eat all you can. My 2 kids and I really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms weren't too bad looking.
The hotel was in a strip mall and the front door almost went right into and Indian restaurant. There was no parking. The staff knocked on the door and tried to come in the room twice before 9 am. The pool was awful and just stuck in parking lot.

Will never stay here again. We ended up leaving a day early and changing to a better hotel. No wonder Priceline makes this hotel nonrefubdable. Now I'm out xxx
that I'm sure ill never get back. They need to let you know where this hotel is located. Not impressed at all. If you are gonna stay in a strip mall, it should be a lit cheaper than it is.

We liked the continental breakfast.
The refrigerator in the room didn't work well.

We stayed here for two nights in early August and enjoyed our stay. We went to the Disney parks each day, so really were only at the hotel to sleep and eat breakfast. It was quiet at night and the breakfast was good. It included scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuit sandwiches, waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc. We would stay here again.

The cleanliness of the room was outstanding and the breakfast was above par.
How crowded it got at breakfast and the ability to keep up with demand.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Aside from the rudeness of foreign Disney bound guests who pushed their way through at breakfast, breakfast was above standard. The staff was friendly and helpful, though watch your wallet at the convenience store.

Everything was GREAT! Hotel, service, area, only have raves about the hotel.
There was nothing, no flaws!

Myself, husband and son visited here 3/2/12-3/4/12 for a Disney trip. Selected Fairfield through price line. The hotel was great. The employees was awesome and very helpful. Location was on point. Was shuttled to Disney which was also convenient. Breakfast was served both Saturday and Sunday. The staff kept area clean and replenished food when ran out. The hotel also have a game room and TV area which my 4 years loved. Overall Fairfield Inn & Suites Marriott was a GREAT stay.
