The rooms weren't too bad looking.
The hotel was in a strip mall and the front door almost went right into and Indian restaurant. There was no parking. The staff knocked on the door and tried to come in the room twice before 9 am. The pool was awful and just stuck in parking lot.

Will never stay here again. We ended up leaving a day early and changing to a better hotel. No wonder Priceline makes this hotel nonrefubdable. Now I'm out xxx
that I'm sure ill never get back. They need to let you know where this hotel is located. Not impressed at all. If you are gonna stay in a strip mall, it should be a lit cheaper than it is.

Free breakfast.
Mattress had indentations in it, not that comfortable, house keeper didn't sweep when cleaned room.

Great location. Wished there was a hot tub. Staff very accommodating and friendly. No vent in bathroom and bed slightly uncomfortable. Overall good hotel for price and location.

The rooms were newly remodeled and very nice, separate sink outside bathroom is helpful.
Undergoing construction so messy, loud, and no hot breakfast as advertised .

The hotel is in process of changing over to a Fairfield Inn so the lobby was under construction and loud and messy. There was no area to serve the advertised hot breakfast so they gave out bag breakfasts with a piece of fruit, a muffin, and a small bottled water. Yogurt was also available, but still a disappointing breakfast to start my family's day at Universal.

Remodeling, so the work-out room was closed.

Very convenient for traveling to Disney World. Free shuttle made it easy.

We loved everything about this hotel. Not one complaint. Excellent complimentary hot breakfast, with something different every day!
Nothing negative to report.

This hotel, for the excellent price we got on priceline, was above and beyond what we expected. Very clean, excellent service, staff that goes above and beyond the call of duty. The cleaning service broke a souvenier we had bought accidentally, and the front desk staff personally went to the store we bought it to replace it. The staff was helpful. There was a courtesy desk where tickets to all theme parks and transportation could be arranged.
The transportation was late every day. On several occasions the transportation broke down and other companies were sent to pick up passengers.
