Hotel Guest Reviews of the Fairfield Inn & Suites Peoria East
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 7, 2013

Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. However, there are some issues that would cause us to think twice before staying there again. First of all, the first night we were there, the AC wasn't working at all in either of the two rooms that we rented. We tried everything. The next day the maintenance man was able to get it working. Next, the continental breakfast is a joke. They have the same dry eggs and greasy sausage every day. Also, the neighbors were LOUD at all times of the night. They would slam doors and talk very loudly right outside of our door. When we called to get complain and get help, we were brushed off! The lady at the front desk was talking to a couple of the guests when we called and heard them say "hey, that is our room". She said "They're going out now so it will be quiet." Of course, when they return they are loud again. This time, you could tell they were doing it on purpose. We don't expect it to be absolutely quiet, however, this was completely unacceptable. You could feel it every time they slammed the door, which was at least once every 5 minutes. The next night, they continued to do the same thing all night long, even after we complained again. This was unacceptable. ...

The reviews are lower than this hotel deserves. It's a very nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. There was a shuttle that took us directly to the Peoria Civic Center for a concert. Surrounded by some stores and places to eat in driving distance.

xxx we lost by having to get another hotel across town.
If you are looking for honest people look else where. They also do not care about their customers, we are 6'8 and 6'1 we do not fit in queen beds and when you NEED a special room they do not care and will lie to you to get rid of you. And managers support not helping with special needs people.
