It was nice since it rained and swimming pool was indoors.
Rate could be a little less expensive.

Staff was very nice and quick to response with any matters. Contential breakfast was wonderful.

This hotel had a very friendly staff (all of them!) and is located within walking distance to the main San Antonio downtown attractions.
There was no hot water on the night we arrived. After that, we had hot water for the rest of our trip (4 days)

The rooms were nice and clean.
I was charged for a movie that I didn't order, however, they did refund my money after I went to the lobby to discuss the matter. I don't know how the movie got ordered either by malfunction or someone was in the room.

It was a nice hotel and clean. The only issue is the movie charge and plus the parking was a problem. It was Fanfair weekend and I observed people coming from the street coming into the parking lot to park taking customer spaces. We had to leave our car in another hotel parking lot overnight because of no parking. We had to talk to the other hotel and security about our parking in their lot. Hotel staff was very pleasant and professional. Anything we needed we got as soon as possible. Felt like a valued customer.
Construction going on but it will be nice once finished.

Overall the experience was great. Good walking distance to everything you could want to do in San Antonio. We were on our anniversary and we had a great time.

The staff was great at this hotel. From the first desk clerk that checked us in, to her replacement for the night shift that gave up his parking space so I could have a spot when lot was full, to his replacement in the morning that checked us out.

Pros: Less than a mile to El Mercado, less than 5 miles from Alamo, Mi Tierra 24 hr mexican food/ bakery less than half a mile away. Free parking, breakfast, wi-fi. Security on premises. Cons: Parking lot a bit small, if its a weekend it will most likely fill up.

The location was great. It was less than a mile walk to the Riverwalk. The staff was helpful with directions and very friendly.
There was construction for remodeling during my stay. The staff was apologetic and placed me on the floor furthest away from the noise. Except for when I was checking in, I didn't notice any noise.

I will definitely stay here again. The location is ideal if you are spending time in the downtown area. As well, it is convenient to get on the highway and head pretty much anywhere. We easily made our way to the Alamo Quarry Market. They have a pretty good continental breakfast with waffle station.
