The hotel was clean and in a good location.
There wasn't anything negative about this hotel.

Nice location. Shopping, restaurants, & entertainment are close by.

The staff was big rude about moving us to another room when we found the first one had sick floors in the bathroom...
The floor in the second room offered wasn't as sticky as the first room :(

Glad it didn't cost that much ...

Tough to get to if you are not familiar with the area.

Would stay there again. Professional staff. Good breakfast. Clean facilities.

As a priceline room...our room was on the 1st floor..right next door to hotel public laundry room. A majority of the time we purchase our room through Priceline.the rooms location and view appears to be the hotels worst/least likely to rent to reg clients

It was so clean and very modern. Loved almost everything about it! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Never saw a dirty spot anywhere!! Barely heard the highway outside.
The breakfast area is very small-not enough places to sit for more than about 15 ppl. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub had so much chlorine you couldn't see the bottom.

The hotel is very nice but about a 20 min drive from downtown. Breakfast was always well stocked and there was always coffee or tea available in the breakfast area. Wish we could have gotten to swim but someone had opened the door to the patio area and caused the whole room and the water to be so very cold! The kids were very upset to be denied swimming after we chose the hotel for that ...read more

The shower had great water pressure and the water was hot. The bed was comfortable.
The walls were thin--we heard every noise above, below, and around us. Also, the pillows were very fluffy and thick, so I ended up tossing mine and sleeping without a pillow.

The hotel was a bit tricky to access; our technology led us astray, apparently because the maps hadn't been updated since the overpass was constructed.

We were impressed with our room. It was nicer than we expected.

We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and roomy. It was better then we expected. The hotel/our room were neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. It consisted of both hot and cold items. Everything during our stay was wonderful. We will stay at this hotel again.

g.m.'s policy of not changing bedroom accommodations (2 double preferred) if purchased through priceline. never encountered this at other marriotts. staff told me it was a permanent policy; g.m. at front desk told me it was only for spring break. hmm

always pleased with value and quality at marriott's fairfield and springhill suites. hope not to encounter above problem again of requesting bedding preference and being denied for the sole purchase of it being purchased through priceline. but can always count on the marriott, overall, for the best value and price.

This facility was new, clean, crisp and had updated decor.

I loved my stay here and felt I got a great value for what I paid. It was a clean, fresh facility and I felt very comfortable there. I would definitely recommend it!
