Location was good. Newer hotel so everything in shape.
A bit hard to get to due to location at major highway interchange and construction.

For the price line deal, it was a great hotel. Had I paid the posted rates, I would have felt I had not received a good value.

I was in a room next to the Loop 1604 construction. It was noisy around the clock and the construction work continued on Sunday.The hotel should block use of rooms next to the highway during construction and only use them after disclo

The staff

The hotel was very nice. The staff was awesome. I came down a few minutes late. The person managing the buffet did not blink an eye. He asked me what I would like to have and he got it for me special. The coffee and breakfast was great. Then, I did something really stupid. I left my wallet in a drawer when I checked out. Well, it was Christmas day. Since no stores were opened I did not need my wallet. I did not realize it was lost until Christmas night. So, I called. They had the wallet. I had $120 in the wallet. The room was what I liked bested about this hotel
I was not pleased with the personel at the front desk, and their customer service.

I would not recommend this hotel because of the attitude of the front desk, because I believe customer service is important. But I do say the room was comfortable. The breakfast was not appealing at all.

Very quiet, very clean and comfotable,
Bath towels were not as nice as Embasemy Suites I stayed before this hotel.

For the price, can not be beat.
