The front desk staff, and one the house cleaning staff told me that I had to leave my room for her to clean it and if I didn't leave she was not going to clean the room.
The front desk staff didn't have good customer service skill.

Housekeeping found a drawer full of belongings and called us when only 10 miles away.
Pool was cold and sauna had so many bubbles you couldn't see to get in.
Very clean and all very friendly.

The continental breakfast featured a great variety of options and especially appreciated was several protein items instead of the customary sweetcarbs.
We liked everything!
The hotel was way on the upper end of 2 1/2 stars! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and rooms, and had an excellent breakfast. The pool was beautiful -- only wish we had brought our swim suits! We will definitely stay there again. One night was not enough!
