Hotel Guest Reviews of the Fairfield Inn & Suites San Diego Old Town
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 15, 2013

I highly recommend this property...It is every bit as good as a 4 Star Hote, if not better..... The best deal in Metro San Diego....

The hotel staff is great, so don't hesitate to ask them for recommendations, maps, and discounts to San Diego attractions.

The hotel was very nice for the price we paid. We had a third floor room with a balcony overlooking the pool and fountains, it was beautiful. There was free internet access in the room, as well as a microwave, and refrigerator and free breakfast in the morning. Overall the hotel was definitely worth the price we paid. The only thing that should be noted, is that it cost $15.00 to park in the hotel parking garage. ...

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times over the past 3 months and will stay there again. The best Old Town hotel in my opinion.

Overall, I actually thought this was more of a 3 star hotel. I've stayed at 4 star many times, and this wasn't much different. The building itself isn't much to look at, but do you stand outside and stare at the building when you are wanting a nice comfy bed? Nope!
