Clean, friendly, and affordable. We've stayed at Fairfields before they are proving to be very reliable and consistent. A definite "good" choice.

Family Traveling with Young Children
It does back up to Oakwood Cemetary, Austin's oldest cemetary. Which can creep some people out. That was our view. It was creepy at first but didn't bother us too much. The overall hotel was very clean, in a great location and staff was extremely nice.

We have stayed here over 10 times in the last 2 months while being a patient at Scott & White Hospital. It is less than 10 minutes to the hospital, restaurants and shopping. The beds are comfy and the a/c is quiet. We never hear noise from outside or inside, which is a real plus in my opinion. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

For the money, this was a good hotel. Clean, mostly quiet, good location, very good coffee, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast.

Even though the hotel staff was very friendly I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. There wasn't enough towels in our bathroom and breakfast was ehh.. It's an OK hotel of your not gonna spend much time in your room and it's not family friendly.
