Its clean, the staff is very helpful, the parking is very easy to access and free, and the breakfast every morning is fantastic!
The only complaint we have is that we couldn't get a later check out - not their fault, they had a busy weekend, but it would have helped in our situation to check out later than 11:30. Still, we made due.

We have stayed at several Fairfield Inns, and every one of them has been excellent in terms of service, cleanliness and value. Highly recommend.

location on the boardwalk was amazing
Fore the price the furnishings were not very upscale

Great location, odd that there is a 3 story parking deck with no elevator, Every room has a beautiful view of the ocean and they all have balconies. Breakfast was great.

They checked me out early and rented my room to someone.

they checked me out a day early and gave someone access to my room and acted like they did not do anything wrong, they did allow me to get back into my room so that I could produce a copy of my
receipt.

Liked the indoor pool and the breakfast was good as well.

Great hotel for the off seasons and pretty clean. Loved that they have an indoor pool, so cool for cold days.

There wasn't anything we didn't like!

We loved the friendly staff and continental breakfast! Everything was very clean and the location was great for walking to anything in VA Beach!

Poor customer service.

The beds are small and uncomfortable. The hotel skimps on towels and toiletries. The front desk is not friendly or helpful. Priceline, however, has excellent customer service!
