Hotel Guest Reviews of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Beautiful property, superior service, everyone is eager to please and make sure that your stay is enjoyable- I loved it! They even sent chocolate covered strawberries to the room as a surprise for our 10 year anniversary.

Location is great.
Hotel used to be very very luxurious, however, I think it's time to remodel it and at least change carpets. Old furniture and stuff.

It is a very nice hotel, with nice rooms and an excellent location, also the staff was very friendly and the price was not expensive.
The service at the restaurant was not that good.

This hotel was extremely clean, employees were very helpful and friendly. Perfect hotel for the holidays.
The rooms are a little dated. However, it was still extremely comfortable, and the beds were very clean and comfortable as well.

I came to this hotel a lot when
I was younger. Now that I'm older and married, I am able to create my own memories with my family. The service, food and atmosphere all came together to create a very friendly non threatening experience. What made my stay even more exciting was the detailed yet tasteful Christmas decorations that were found around the lobby. Spending my holidays in this hotel will definitely become a family tradition. ...read more

Friendly staff that goes out of their way for the customer!

This hotel is spectacular. The staff is phenomenal and very friendly. We did not have a single issue at this hotel. The in room coffee is the best I have ever tasted. The staff actually went out of their way and took us as a group in their own in house luxury Jaguar luxury sedan and told us the hot spots to eat and bars and local attractions! We are definitely coming back!

I wouldn't consider myself a big traveler but this is easily the nicest hotel i've stayed at.

I'm not a world traveler but the Fairmont Olympic is the best hotel i've ever stayed at. First of all its a big facility. They have multiple restaurants, gift shops and great room service. Looks great, while very nice and high end it has a great homey feeling. Great bed with insanely comfortable pillows and bedding.
