The bathroom wasn't updated and old vanities and tiles.

Love the location for train travel and the airport commuter bus stops outside as well
pillow top beds!!!!!!!!

A lovely Spa, Gym and Pool. The Spa sometimes has a 30% off on Sunday's. The Staff are helpful and friendly. Love the location. It is also connected undergound, so in bad weather you can still get out of the Hotel and reach many stores and even Old Montreal.

Convenient location and staff was very accommodating when arrived early.
Hotel was very outdated.

My expectations of the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth were much higher. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but not ideal. A hotel strike meant that none of the amenities were available to us for part of the trip (Pool, restaurants, etc). Our room was never cleaned and we had to call to the front desk just to get shampoo and towels. The staff was often helpful. The hotel was okay, but I definitely would not recommend it to anyone, or stay there again. ...read more

fabulous bedding! very nice professional staff.
the plumbing in the room was tempermental; room was small; lobby not as nice as other top hotels

Very, very nice hotel - comfy bedding, stylish room, great staff. the lobby and public spaces were a little bland, and the mid-grade room was a little small. overall, a great place. not quite as nice as the Omni or the Centre Sheraton.

The staff, view, and location.
No complaints at all.

Once arriving at the hotel we did not have a room booked as we thought we would have. The room was clean the staff was great we had a lot of fun their. Also a big thank you to Emily who was 1 of the front desk workers and made me decide when i return to Montreal i will book there again.

Lounge furniture is a little aged. No hair dryer in room.

Great Location. Friendly staff in both official languages. Multiple, speedy elevators that accommodates large numbers of clientele. Extremely clean. Rooms are very comfortable, linens and towels are top quality. I especially like having house coats available in our room.

This hotel provides excellent customer service. The level of service here is second to none. The overall hotel is quite nice, however the room size was a bit small and the bathroom was outdated.

Real nice hotel, great service, friendly people and nice place to stay.
Room was not ready at check in time.

Overall, the service was superior and the room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely go here again.
