Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ferryman Inn And Suites

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The team working at the hotel were friendly and made you feel right at home. Convenient location right off the highway makes this hotel an easy stop for road trips.
The breakfast could be improved and the pool could really do with a thorough clean.

Lots of restaurants (be aware they are mostly burger joints) surrounding the hotel and is right off the highway. Also across the street is the Centralia Outlets.

location and price
staff or friend of staff was interested in selling purses. AND at 2:30 AM lady from room 212 was banging on my door, she had the wrong room. Next morning same lady had her dirty clothes in hallway, sorting them??? perhaps a long term resident???

It was clean, ok for 2 nights. TV was great. Location right off I5. I would go back if necessary.

Location and staff was the best.
It was so noisy!!!!!!!!!! Adjacent to I-5. Couldn't get more than 3-4 hours sleep. Horrible. Would have stayed longer if it wasn't for the freeway traffic.

Not a bad location.
Small, dumpy.

The room was small and dumpy. The internet was really flaky and kept going in and out. They couldn't process my credit card when I checked in and had to "write down" my credit card number.

Room's bathroom cleanliness, and friendly staff.
Hot tub - way too much chlorine, bedspreads scratchy and holey, greasy carpets.

For the price, the room could have been a little better - carpets were super greasy and bedspreads were holey. But the staff was wonderful and the privacy and noise level were excellent. The spa was super chlorinated - very over powering and burny, which was too bad because it was 24-hour and my sister and I were excited for that. We ended up only going once for 10 minutes.

Centrally located.
Surly staff.

It was about what I expected for what I spent on the room. No major problems and the front desk staff accomodated a late check out request I had.

Leaving and never staying there again!
I had to wear shoes in the actual hotel room to keep my white socks from become grossly dirty.

It cost $50 should have been cheaper than that.

Friendly staff, very clean, and good breakfast! great location too.
rooms are a little small, and the bed was too firm, but still very good for the price.

The hotel was very good for the price. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is great and very friendly. The pool and spa (hot tub) are clean and well kept. My bed was a little hard, but I still slept very well. Overall a great experience.

Staff was friendly and efficient.
Old style with hallways to rooms and it just looked tired.

Utilitarian and best of all no signs of bed bug infestation (so far).
