Room, swimming pool, beach, location, everything were wonderful.
I had to pay a lot of money for the internet.

There are many restaurants arount this hotel. Kids under 12 are served free luch at pool side bars.

Guest rooms all face the ocean and have a balcony

Pros are the location, private beach, security, no peddlers, common areas kept very clean, front door, pool attendants and concierge very friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast buffet, received room upgrade at check-in.Cons are high food cost, beds in guest rooms should be upgraded to queen size rather than doubles, ok with showing passport for Identification at check-in but not ok with copies taken. ...read more

The pool and beach property.
There was nasty yellow stains in the bathtub, as well as a terrible odor in our room. We had to open the doors in the room to allow it to air out.

Five star hotel with a 2 star room.

Great beach and pools. Each room at the hotel is a suite with an ocean view.
Extra charges for things that are standard at some other hotels, such as in-room coffee and Wi-Fi internet access.

Excellent hotel, with 5 star facilities, great pool, and awesome beach. The rooms are big (each one is a suite) and have an unforgettable ocean view.

Great beach, beautiful property, terrific bed, spacious room.
Hotel charged too much for Internet access. They even charged for computer use in the business center, which is unusual in my experience.

Great beach, beautiful property, terrific bed, spacious room. Hotel staff was courteous and friendly. Beach was beautiful, and ocean is very nice outside hotel. Relatively good value on food and beverages for 4-star hotel.

Everything inside the hotel was expensive. WIFI was not free. GYM was not free. Food is too internationalized; this is not a problem with Fiesta Americana but in most of the big hotels I've tried. Mexican food in a mom & pop's shop is authentic and tastie

Ocean facing rooms. Amazing location. 5 minutes walk from Coco Bongo, Daddy O and Palazzo. Impeccable service, friendly and courteous staff. Breakfast is fantastic. Free cocktails for breakfast was icing on the cake.

service was good. A nice candy was put in the room on Christmas eve.
The beach is facing north and waves can be big.

This is not an all-inclusive hotel. So you need to pay for everything. The internet is $25 a day. The snack and coffee in the room is also extremely expensive.But the room is very clean and all rooms have ocean view. The bed was comfortable.
