I need to emphasize how the staff is always ready and willing to assist. It is apparent they're offer is sincere and not obligatory.

It was a very nice hotel good staff ,Becky in the restaurant was just great!
The only problem was I wanted to stay one extra day and went to the front desk and the rate was much higher than I had booked on priceline so I had to go use a computer to book the extra night!

The comfort of the beds and the service. Very friendly.
The floors around the pool were very slick; no extractor in the bathrooms.
We enjoyed this hotel more than anyone we have been to in Veracruz. It had luxuries we could not have at home. The down bedspreads etc. The workers were very friendly and helpful. The whole experience even with small children was great!
