Hotel Guest Reviews of the Fiesta Rancho Station Casino

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Plenty of parking
Front desk service was rude. Had to wait an hour after check in time for room to be ready. There was no blanket or coffee in room. Food at hotel was served cold.

Will never stay here again. Customer service was non existent.

Hotel was prompt and polite. The lobby was clean.
The air conditioning unit had all the knobs removed and the thermostat was confusing to operate.

The hotel was clean and the staff was polite. The hotel is actually part of a casino but had entrances located, so I could avoid the gambling area with my underage children.

The room was nice and cold when we arrived after a long hot summer day. Parking a work truck was easy.
Nothing

It was a pleasant place to stay. The staff was accommodating.

refurbished room made the difference. Nice remodel and upgrades. Very comfortable new bed. Quiet on the 5th floor.

Excellent job keeping up a visibly older hotel to be comfortable, clean and respectable. The nights sleep is the most important part of a hotel. The bed was very comfortable and obviously new. Everything was extremely clean and neat. Nice job. I hope to say with you again soon.

The hotel was horrible. From the roaches in the bathroom to the dense cloud of cigarette and cigar smoke That pours out when you open the door. I not only wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, I would recommend it be torn down. It is a waste of valuable space in las Vegas. The
worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

It was cheap and we weren't bothered by hotel staff. It was off the strip and reasonably quiet.
Parking was not handicapped friendly without a placard. No real hotel dining room; fast food restaurants.

This is an older low budget hotel. It shows in its furnishings and in the clientèle that frequent it. Our room had a view of the rooftop and an exterior wall. You couldn't tell if the sun was shining or not. This is not necessarily a bad thing. My wife is handicapped and our room had one of the best laid out handicapped bathrooms we have ever had. However, it had the scariest flushing commode that I have ever seen. ...read more

I liked the security measures taken all over.
The tub was pretty small and the room had no refrigerator.

Overall our stay at the hotel was pleasant. Didn't have any problems with rudeness or crazy people.
