Super lovely staff in a hotel that is aesthetically pleasing. We were in a hurry to go to a college tour when we arrived and I dropped off the car with the bellman without even registering. I only gave my last name, and they were reassuring and fine with the situation.

Maybe the cost, but for how you felt, it was worth it!
The BEST hotel in Boston! A fireplace in your room, personal stereo piped throughout the entire space, sitting area, Great shower, and bathroom area. A Lexus for free rides around the city. SUPER attentive staff, everyone was very kind, respectful and helpful. One of the best experience, yet in a hotel and I am a very frequent traveler of nice hotels.
