Hotel Guest Reviews of the Firesky Resort & Spa A Kimpton Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The common space was great. We really enjoyed the fire pits and roasting the marshmallows from the smores kits available from the front desk.

The best thing was the location to downtown Scottsdale. The other was the free wine happy hour. The price we paid for booking with Priceline. No parking fee!
No free breakfast but we did get free coffee. We let Priceline pick it so we didn't get to chose but overall it was a good choice Priceline!

The hotel is overall nice I would say good only because when we check in our room for the first time the room's trash was not taken out and there was cup's in the pool while we trying to swim that was around 4-5pm not during spring break 2nd week of April. We would stay here again but only at the lower price we paid.

A great location and for the price we paid and that we were just there to sleep it was great.

This is a great place and I hope next time we can take advantage of what is located on the premises.

Staff was great. Pool/lagoon area is very pretty, relaxing atmosphere.
Public areas are very nice. Guest room was very clean, but it's an older property.

Boutique hotel, older property but very clean, friendly staff. Quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Complimentary shuttle will take you to Fashion Square mall and several restaurants in the area.

Great location! Beautiful pool area! Would go back for sure!
Room wasn't made up until 5pm the next day. That was kind of annoying. Went a waited at the pool until our room was ready. Glad the sun was shining!

It was so elegant yet modern. We loved the fact that they are dog friendly and will even supply a bed and food/water dish for them! Also amazing pool spa area!

This place was absolutely awesome. We will definitely be looking to stay there again in the next few months for a "getaway." It was so beautiful and a romantic environment.

I found the staff to be less than helpful--especially when it came to knowing the area restaurants. While the hotel restaurant was fine, they seemed uninformed of any options off the hotel property.Staff did not seem to "own" customer

The location was nice, the lobby was nice
It was a old motel remodeled to appear like a fancy resort.

Glad we payed what we did on price line. I was expecting something a little different. Glad we didnt extend our nights. Overall it was good for the price. The best thing was the bed was really comfortable and the pillows also. Not worth the price they ask, but we were only there 1 night. The price we payed it was a good place the get some sleep.
