Hotel Guest Reviews of the Flamingo Las Vegas
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 9, 2013
Never will we stay at the flamingos again There was also an extra resort fee when we checked out of 20 dollars The front desk staff were rude,, Tried so hard to get US to upgrade but we weren't sure it would have been a better room because they wouldn't show US either room. Paper thin walls and neighbors that didn't sleep. Sue glad we only booked for one night but never again. ...

The food and drinks were extremely expensive but that seems to be the norm for Vegas now. The hotel staff were helpful and attentive. Security was excellent. We left some item sat the pool and they found them and returned them promptly.

Very clean, large rooms, comfortable bed, fairly quiet within the room, i.e. not much noise from adjoining rooms, friendly & knowledgable staff. The hotel is in a decent location on the strip if you plan on staying in Vegas more than just a stop over for the night, near Ceasar's Palace. There is a lot of construction going on in the immediate area of the Flamingo. The airport shuttle does not drop you off right at the hotel, it is a bit of a walk. ...

Not worth theory you save unless you are a smoker. The buffet was overpriced and awful food. The rooms were ok but there are much better hotels for the same price near by.

They used to market themselves as 1 of the few hotels with no resort fee. As of 3/1/13 they now charge a 20 dollar resort fee. Impossible to find 2 or more chairs at the extremely loud and over crowded pool. And food prices continue to go up and up. On the good side, clean room, perfect location.

I again called the front desk "0" and reported it. Someone finally came and removed it. But, GREAT PLACE TO STAY. ...

I was charged more than what I have ever booked through online. I will not stay in this hotel again and will not recommend hotel to any of friends/family. I felt like I was over charge and that they made an error. I stayed around fremont downtown street "hotel" and they did not bothered or hassle of the price we also booked through online. Overall, I am very unhappy with FLAMINGO and priceline the way they contract the price! Bad experience ...
