Hotel Guest Reviews of the Flatiron Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 10, 2013

Live music venues at the Flatiron nightly; confirm w/hotel prior to arrival that a high floor room is available. If you are sensitive to noise, bring earplugs for sleeping. Tiny bathroom w/shower only, but the shower is excellent! As mentioned above, our room had extremely dirty carpeting & was mentioned @the front desk. We didnt need any type of concierge service, as we're veteran visitors of NYC. Excellent location (1, 6, R, F subway lines within easy walking distance); 2 blocks from the beautiful Madison Square Park & Eataly. The Doughnut Plant is 3-4 blocks away! ...

I would stay there again due to the attractive features the hotel offers. I'd think twice, however, about coming back during the coldest part of the Winter- the windows are just too old and loose, allowing unwanted cold air in Arctic blasts into the room(our bed was right next to one of the three windows). The staff was great, as was the location and cleanliness of our accommodations.I'd definitely return, but not in the period from December to late February. ...

No security, nightclub in the lobby, crowded with people who are not guests, and anyone could go up to guest floors, as the elevators were practically inside the night club. I had to fight my way through the crowd to go the the elevator, and again no staff person. There was a bellman onely once out of 5 times I entered, otherwise just a female desk clerk. Rooms have a deadbolt but no chain. This is not a place for a single female traveler to stay. Rooms are mediocre, at best. ...

This hotel is a gem smack in the middle of Manhattan, near Madison Square Garden and the Empire State Building. It's only a year old and the rooms are small be really efficient and comfortable. There's a roman shower in the room, great drapes to keep the light out and an excellent bed. Oh... and robes...something I just love!

Cant get in the tiny bathroom. Loony band louder than AC/DC. Do not disturb, light didn't work, so I was disturbed. Gave staff my complaints and they didn't really care. Wow.
