Pricing for the quality.
Very noisy street - windows onto street.

Motel was good for the 1 star rating. Very bare bones, but had what you needed. Felt like an older motel that was trying very hard to match current accommodations at other motels.

The suite we stayed in was very large and clean.
The breakfast was pretty light, but not beneath my expectation.

A good, clean economy hotel to stay in with a friendly staff. It offers a simple complimentary breakfast as well as safe parking.

The king room was very small with low ceiling and breakfast area was tiny. Bullet proof glass at reception.

No mattress cover, undersized flat sheets, dirty, stained bedspread, and dirty carpet. depressing.

I checked in & out of the hotel in 20 minutes. I was not going to sleep in that filthy bed. My wife & I are in our 60's. We were 300 miles from home on new years eve. Pasadena with the Rose Bowl & Rose Parade are 10 miles away so there are no rooms available anywhere.

Hotel staffs are very nice and friendly. Breakfast is also good. Rooms are clean and attractive.
Bathroom was bit small, otherwise it was all great.
